Arther Hryhorowych, MD, is a well-recognized and accomplished physical medicine and rehabilitation physician practicing with the team at East Tremont Medical Center in The Bronx, New York. With over 20 years of medical care, he has come to be positively regarded by his patients for his combination of expert training, extensive experience, and compassionate manner.
Dr. Hryhorowych attended Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico, for his medical training. He then completed a residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center, before moving on to the Albert Einstein College of Medicine to complete a second residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Dr. Hryhorowych is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is also a member of several boards and organizations, including the Medical Board of Beth Israel Medical Center and the Committee of Credentials and Staff Appointment of Beth Israel Medical Center. He also serves as Oral Examiner for the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and as a manuscript reviewer for the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Hryhorowych has published numerous medical articles on a wide range of topics, solidifying his place as a leader in his field.
